1. Return Window
- Customers have 14 days from receiving their order to request a return.
- Returns after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and undamaged
- In original packaging with all accessories and components
If these conditions are not met, Bavarian Automotive LTD may reject the return or deduct an amount from the refund to cover loss in value.
Handling Fee: A 10% handling fee applies to all refunds (except items deemed defective on arrival).
3. Return Process
- Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.
- A tracked and insured courier must be used.
- Customers must provide the tracking number once dispatched.
- The order number must be clearly shown on the package.
- Refunds are only processed after inspection/testing confirms the item is unused and undamaged.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Customers may choose between:
- A full refund (including return postage costs), or
- A replacement/exchange unit (subject to availability)
5. Non-Refundable Products
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- DAB Antennas
- BMW Apple CarPlay Activations
- Custom-made items
6. Order Cancellations
- If cancelled before dispatch, a 10% handling fee will be deducted.
7. Compatibility Disclaimer
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure product compatibility before purchasing.
- If a product is purchased against our advice, no refund will be issued.
8. Import Duty & Customs
- Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
- If delivery is refused, duty charges and return fees will be deducted from the refund.
9. Refunds
- Refunds are only processed once the item is received, inspected, and approved.
- Issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times vary by bank or card provider.
10. Warranty
- All physical products (including Android Screens and MMI Retrofits) include a 1-year warranty, unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures only.
- Items must be returned to Bavarian Automotive LTD for inspection before a claim can be approved.
11. Agreement
By placing an order with Bavarian Automotive LTD, you acknowledge and accept this Returns & Warranty Policy.
