Shipping & Delivery Information

🇬🇧 UK Domestic Shipping

• Orders over £100 → Dispatched using UPS Express (premium courier). Delivery is usually next business day once UPS receives your parcel.
• Orders under £100 → Dispatched using standard services such as Royal Mail or Evri, depending on parcel size and weight.

Cut-off time: Orders placed before 1 PM (Mon–Fri) are processed same day. Orders after 1PM ship the next working day.
Delivery services:

• Express Delivery (UPS Express Premium): 1 working day (Mon–Fri).
• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Evri): Typically 2–5 working days.
• Android Systems: Built on site; delivery within 12 working days. If in stock, shipped with complimentary UPS Express.

🌍 International Shipping

• All international orders are sent via UPS Express or similar.
• Delivery times vary by destination and product type.
• Charges depend on destination country; contact us for exact rates.

Custom Duties & Taxes

• Buyers outside the UK are responsible for local duties/taxes.
• If duties are refused, we will charge for the duty plus a £25 processing fee.

VAT

• International orders are not charged VAT at checkout.

EU Warehouse Dispatch

• Some units may be shipped from our EU warehouse, depending on stock.
